17. And the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon the air -

aimed at the life source of all. God is completely thorough in His judgments.

and a loud voice came out of the temple from the throne, saying, -

God is speaking.

“It is done.” -

it is finished. Judgment is over. This is the end.

18. And there were flashes of lightening and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty -

comparable to what God can do. Something that would happen after God is finished. A fine finale. Remember the crucifixion. The things that happened.

19. And the great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And Babylon, the great, was remembered before God, to give her the cvup of the wine of His fierce wrath.. -

Signs of God’s mighty judgment.

20,21. And every island fled away and the mountains were not found. And huge hailstones, about one hundred pounds each, came down from heaven upon men -

super, great and very climatic.

and men blasphemed God  because of the pague of hail, because its plague was extremely severe. -

They still do not give God the glory that is due Him. This certainly shows their wickedness and points out that the judgment they receive no matter how great is deserved. 11:15 Christ takes over. His kingdom stands. There are signs and evidences that this is true. Chapter 12-16 are these signs. God is more powerful. AMEN!!!!!!!!!!
